USAHA Advisory Board Member and President of the Health, Investment & Financing Corporation, Dr. Alexander Preker, recently co-authored a paper for the Journal of Global Health. The paper examines lessons learned from universal health coverage in four middle to upper-middle income countries: Mexico, Turkey, the Republic of Korea, and Ukraine.
