USAHA hosted Minister of Health of Guyana, Dr Frank Anthony, who discussed specific opportunities for US companies to help modernize the health infrastructure of the quickly growing country. The event occurred on June 24, 2025. Approximately 60 USAHA constituents and other relevant healthcare infrastructure professionals attended in person and remotely.
With the commencement of commercial oil extraction in late 2019, Guyana has become the world’s fastest growing economy. Guyana’s growth provides an opportunity for the Guyanese government and the US healthcare enterprises to collaborate and improve Guyanese health outcomes. USAHA was pleased to facilitate that collaboration.
